Mental Health Monday
Monday is Mental Health day for us. We will be holding a range of activities all aimed at mindfulness and wellbeing including music, yoga, walks and meditation and arts and crafts.
Please can we ask that all children come to school in their PE kits and have wellies and waterproofs if the weather is wet. If you have yoga matts please bring them.
Thank you to Mrs Salter, our Mental Health Lead, for organising all the activities and to Mrs Stirling and Mrs Stinton for their help with yoga and meditation.
