Happy Half Term

Enjoy your Half Term break. We look forward to seeing you all again on the 7th June.

We hope the sun shines where you are..

Reminder please that we ask children return on the 7th June in full summer uniform, with sunscreen applied and hats.

Ofsted Parent Questionnaire

Please can we ask that you take a little time to complete the Ofsted Parent Questionnaire on Google Classroom.    If you are happy to leave your name, then it does mean we can make contact with you to have discussions to improve how we do things, so please, do feel free to let us know.

Class 3 Request

Please can we ask if you have any of these washing liquid pots?  They are very useful to us as glue dispensers!

Thank you...

Residential September 2021

We are very pleased to confirm that we have made plans for the Class 4 residential in September 2021.    This is dependent on current Government Guidelines keeping on track.  We are very pleased to be able to offer this valuable trip for the children in these years.

We are able to be relaxed about payments due the late nature of the announcement but please can we ask for confirmation that you are planning to send your children ASAP in order that we can confirm our numbers with the Centre in Norfolk.

Please contact us if you are experiencing financial difficulty.   We will do our very best to support you.

Term 6 changes

With the change in Government Guidelines easing we are pleased to be able to make some changes to the current Bubble plans.   From 7th June we will be joining Class 1 and 2 in one bubble and Class 3 and 4 in another.    This will help with staffing and duties and we would like to take this opportunity to say a BIG thank you to Mrs Green and Mrs Gallagher for helping us with lunch duties during this very difficult time.    Staggered drop off and pick up times will continue.

Premier Sport Club on Thursday will merge with Friday's club due to the limited take up of this club.

If the current Government plans to lift restrictions completely from 21st June proceed, we will revisit our plans for Term 6 at this time.    We are hopeful that they will, so that we can go ahead with a Summer Fair and Sports Day!

RSHE Policy Draft

We have today sent out to parents via email a draft RSHE (Relationships, Sex and Health Education) policy for you to make comments on.   Please can we ask that any feedback is returned to office@colliers-green.kent.sch.uk by the 18th June when the consultation will close for the policy to be formalised by the Governing Body.

Thank you,
