Admissions

Please find below our Determined arrangements for Admissions for 2025.    Any queries please feel free to contact us.

For Children Starting School in Reception

To apply for a school place, you must follow procedures as outlined on the Kent.gov website as follows;

https://www.kent.gov.uk/education-and-children/schools/school-places/primary-school-places

We would strongly recommend that you make at least three preferences on your form.

The process completes mid January each year when you have to ensure that your application is lodged with Kent County Council.

In March, we allocate offers based on our Admissions Criteria and return this to Kent County Council, who will issue you places in April each year.

You have the right to Appeal these decisions and so please see the Kent County Council page for full information in this regard.

In June we will contact you with full details of a taster morning, where your child is invited into school to spend the morning with us and an evening parent meeting where you will be given full details of the school and meet staff.

For more information, please feel free to contact us.

For Children Currently in School

If you are looking for a school place and your child currently attends another primary school, please telephone to school office on the main line number or drop us an email.    You will need to provide us with your child's full name, their date of birth, current year group and full address with your name and contact number.

If we do not have a current vacancy in the year you require, then you can be placed on our waiting lists.    Should a place become available, we will apply our Admissions Criteria (see document attached to this page) and allocate places in accordance with these criteria.    We are obliged, when making offers, allow applicants 14 days to respond to any offer.

If you have any queries about the process, please contact the school
