Our school council meets every two weeks and has representatives from classes 2, 3 and 4 who are elected by their peers. It encourages pupils to take an active part in developing our school and to have a voice. This important role gives children the opportunity to put forward ideas, work co-operatively and gain a greater sense of belonging to our local and global community. The School Council is split into two teams forming a projects committee and a charities committee. Each term the School Council produce a newsletter and lead a Friday afternoon assembly. The School Council is led by Mrs Barstow and Mr David Gillies.
